been too long!

Wow! It's been a while since I've posted anything! Been a while since I've done anything but work! :)

Finally sat down and got Shakti on board and met up with the two girls from work that I was unsure about whether or not I should go the step extra and meet outside of work to talk about spiritual things. It does cross a bit of a line.

Anyway, Shakti agreed to be there and give me a second opinion on the situation, so we all met up after work last week (maybe two weeks ago now) at a local restaurant for dessert and dish! It went well overall.

Very shortly in to the conversation, it was apparant Shakti had to be there, By the end of the night, it was apparant that I was the conduit for those two to meet up with someone that can honestly say been there, done that and not carrying around a cip on her shulder that's 10 feet tall and very obvious! It was a good conversation. i got my answers to all the things that I was wondering about and I think that they got more than they were bargaining gfor as well, which isn't always a bad thing! :) It was basically the proverbial "kick in the ass" (which I'm famous for providing to others) but it wasn't really me they had to hear it from, which was cool.

I no longer feel compelled, or even pulled in that direction now at all. I don't forsee another meeting like that being held. There wasn't the connection - the power or the strength. it was a good, cleansing time, answered a lot of questions for all three of us, but it's nothing that I feel must happen again, when most times I feel like I have to do that again soon when it's "right". It wasn't wrong mind you, it jsut wasn't "right".

I did find though through taht conversation that I do what Bonnie always said she did - open the mouth and it just comes out as if it's not you speaking it and after you say it, you think to yourself, WTF?!? Where did I come up with that?! heheh. That was cool. So many times in teh conversation, Shakti would start the sentence and I would finish it, or we'd speak in stereo - so funny!

Other than that, I have not been doing too much to foster my own spirit. I have basically given up on weight watchers - they've moved and all classes are now being held out east - too much of a pain to drive out to and I'm not ready to lose weight. I sabatage, my surroundings sabatage...it's a waste of money at this point in time.

I really have to get my taxes and the lawsuit paperwork taken care of, but neither have gotten very far. I still have to figure out what I owe in taxes this year, and I've still got probably 6 months worth of typing left to catch up on. Iv'e set many dates to complete these but it's jsut not working for me. My boss said to me the other day taht when they were going through their lawsuit, their lawyer told them that every day they waited, they lost approximately $1000 off the bottom line. That kind of sunk in that potentially every day I finish this paperwork up, I loose $1000 bucks!!

Other than that, i've gotten a good start on the xmas backing - I've gotten 25 bags of bark done. I also spent entirely too much on xmas presents at the craft show but think that people will enjoy their unique things. If not, too bad! :) I've got to wrap all of the presents, but that's not too bad! It looks like we'll be working xmas eve, xmas day and boxing day, which kinda sucks, but we should be free on new years, so that's not so bad.

So, hope everyone else is gettign in the xmas mood! The decorations are going up around the house and it's very sparkly! :)
