wow!

Wow! where does the time go? I said to Van my last post was on Thanksgiving Sunday. Ummm...nope...try a week ago Thanksgiving Sunday! :)

Sorry for the lack of updates. Not having access at work anymore does limit the amount of blogging one can do.

Why is there no access from work? We're too busy! Which is a good thing as far as job security goes, a bad thing when you're on salary! :)

Anyway, its been basically work and sleep. Not much else in life to talk about.

I had my own office at work for a week, but that really wasn't convenient in the grand scheme of things, so I'm back out on the floor, but I do have my own area at least this time. That being said, it's still within picking range of the agents, so I still get interrupted a lot more than that one week of peace :)

I started going to weight watchers 11 weeks ago. I struggled with 10 pounds. I got as close as 9.6, then baktracked to 8 lost, then flirted with 10 again and the back up to the 8 pounds lost. It's funny because the week that most people have their difficulties in keeping down - Thanksgiving week - I lost my biggest yet - 4.4 and not only made it over 10, but with room to spare! As of last night I have lost 13.2lbs! yay! I am hoping that now that I have crossed the 10 the next 10 won't be such a struggle.

I really need two days off in a row, but due to people leaving of ther own accord, the company's accord and heavy call volume, I have to train tomorrow and Friday of this week and probably next week, which means I will do well to get Saturday off. Oh well, it's overtime, right? Oh. No overtime on salary? Well, I'll get a couple days in lieu of working the stat day and 14.5 hours no less two days in a row, right? Oh. right. Can't get my regular two days off. Funny that. Oh well. Maybe in the next lifetime! :)

Mario Kart is too much fun from 1 - 3am. It's too much fun after a long day to then kill off players using shells, electric boxes and bananas! Damn Bananas! :) I don't really mean to kill off Van when we play, but I have this knack of not being able to drive in a stright line to save my soul, especially when I have mushrooms and generally end up hitting him when we're on a bridge or near the edge of the cliff on DK Mountain. But, even then, it's fun! A good release! :) But, they really should made controllers for left handed people because my right thumb being basically useless is a bit of a hindrance when trying to throw things at people and that's the finger you have to use. bastards!

Have a great week!
