One Phone Call

Ever just get one phone call that changes everything? I get those every now and then. Blessings are mine that I usually get them when I most need them. I most needed one in the past month and got one.

E called. E never called before! We have emailed, but never called. And, she invited me for supper at her house! Yowzas! I knew it was going to be a good night. I hoped I would be filled with soul food. Was I ever! There were three of us. Always a godo number for that kind of night. It was 3 women in Hfx. 4 never seemed to work well. Then it was 2. This was once again 3. A divine trinity. I'm not really sure how much food was ingested, but the conversation was divine and my soul truly was filled.

E, Shakti and me. We talked, helped, thought and supported. We gave viewpoints and we took viewpoints. We discussed how difficult it was to find a balance in this life and how it was nice to be in a place where there were not any judgements because of something you say or believe.

Then my hubby called - work was done and should he catch a bus home. E took the phone from me and invited him up to her house to visit. He came. He enjoyed. I was sooo happy!

I had only been listening to spirit again for a couple of weeks. I had asked spirit to help me find my way - guide me to where I needed to be to find my true spirit once again and then E called and this dinner was upon me.

I had a solidifying moment. In the middle of a story E told, I had a vision. I coudl see exactly the thing she was speaking of. She had not described it fully, just mentioned what the thing was. I saw it clear as if it were on the table in front of me. I interrupted her story (as often I do with people) and said did it look like this? and described what I saw. She was shocked. The look on her face priceless. She said she got goosebumps. I got positive re-inforcement from Spirit that I am not only listening once again, but seeing things more clearly again as well.
